CSR: CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY
The Grupo MC Asociados is a Human Resources company dedicated to people. Therefore, people are the centre of their activities, regarding both business and values. These values are always present throughout the company and they are transmitted to the new workers by means of the employee handbook.
The employee handbook is intended to make things easier for the newcomers, presenting them all the information that may be needed. The company also looks after its collaborators with its social meetings.
- THE ANNUAL COMPANY TRIP AND DINNERS
The people who constitute the company go on a group trip to a European city, where they visit the best sights and enjoy previously organized games. Several dinners are scheduled throughout the year to strengthen the human relation between the different offices of the Group. In these acts and in everyday life of the MC Group the easy going relationship between all the members of the different ranks is evident. Here everything is discussed and negotiated, regardless of the differences in rank. The needs of the collaborators are understood.
We organize social events, like the dinner that takes place in December, for client and non-client companies, when prices are awarded to distinguished professionals in the world of Human Resources in Spain. These occasions also serve as a meeting point for the whole sector.
Grupo MC Asociados is deeply concerned about the protection of the environment. Both paper and computer material are taken to the point of selective withdrawal (Punt Verd). A non profit organization gathers the cartridges of the printers in order to recycle them.
Grupo MC Asociados has also contracted a gardening maintenance service, which employs people with Down Syndrome, promoting thus the social integration of this group.
- LOW COST SERVICES FOR NGO
The company also collaborates with several NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) offering them its professional services at a minor cost and carrying out the selection processes with the same dedication and professionalism as for any client.
Grupo MC Asociados has also sponsored several children from India. Every company of the Group has a person in charge of the sponsoring process, coordinating the delivery of letters, gifts and other activities of social awareness.
