This fact has given sense to my profession and to this company, Grupo MC Asociados, which works for companies and for people, so that together they can make progress and grow in all aspects.

Grupo MC Asociados has always had a very clear philosophy: quality, customer service and honesty. With these principles as the base, the company has been increasing clients and incorporating business areas in order to provide a response to the new market necessities which, with the passing of the years, have been growing. Some years ago, very few people saw the possibility of Human Resources Managements, with divisions of

Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Development, etc. Nowadays, most companies have understood that the economic growth of a company passes through the HR department in a very significant way.
